As for this comic...
So some of you might have noticed that the site has undergone some ... changes. These changes might seem to be minor on the surface but they're major on the back end. If you want the full deets on why and how the site change was done, please take a look at my recent post explaining everything. The quick and dirty version of it, though, is this: site was in major trouble due to old code; site needed to be rebuilt with new code; I hired expert to do the update and replicate the basic structure of the old site; site is now functioning and safe.
I know the slight differences might be a little disconcerting for some, but I'm really hoping that you get used to them.

Poor, innocent puppy grinder.
This world was never meant for one as beautiful as you.
On a side note: THAT’s how you test a Blizzard.
All good things come to an end. Or at least come to severe damage which requires servicing from a licensed puppy grinder technician.
Of which I hope there are not many in active service. =_=
The new look of the website will take some getting used to. As for the current comic…well, there goes their only leads to this mess intact.
New website had to be updated. Apologies for any sense of weirdness that results.
New site looks great.
I hope your expert can get the alt text working on mobile.
Alt-text on mobile is sadly not something can be done. Tragic but impossible.
NoooooOoOooOoOOO!!!1!!1!1!!1
Meh… I’m on your Patreon, so I can get it there.
Well…. did the puppy grinder go with Colonel Sanders? If so, is it possible that Satan used an alloy that had a radioactively traceable isotope? Something that would be artisianally evil.
This version of Satan is not artisnal.
Is there anyway that Tyler sorted out Barack O’Robot’s chips?
Shorted. Shorted out. Not sorted.
Also unlikely.
Unlikely.
When Tracee belted Roger, there was blood, so probably he’s not a robot. Unless the antifreeze coolant the robots use is red-colored.
The big guys are all human. They bled when scratched by raccoons, punched by Tracee. Puck was able to use a blood choke on that one guy. That doesn’t work on robots.
Also presumably robots wouldn’t run in terror from raccoons and ravens.
They do not.
And there lies their mistake.
Cool, the new site happened, and I can still click on it and see things.
Congratulations to you EG and to all of us.
Thank you, sir. I’m glad we’re still working.
The place looks good, really. Job well done!
I like the new site! Easier for me to read actually. Congrats, and thanks for all your hard work, friend Gecko.
Thx too, for the ice cream treat! I admired it all the much more when I turned my tablet upside down — fantastic visualization of gravity’s influence on heavenly bodies.
We love to invoke Sir Isaac Newton and gravitational principles in all content.
Glad the new site works for you!
Are blzards *that* thick?
Sure. You can hold them upside down for hours! Can’t you?
I don’t know. There are no Dairy Queens near me.
Ooh! Lovely Q!
Good.
Just good?
Think A Fish Called Wanda.
Insurance will cover the cost, though I wonder what the deductible is for robots . . . For puppy grinders, some insurance companies would cover that for free!
I think the insertion of robots into the grinder voids the warranty. The way lawyers work, I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t write a robot clause right into the language.
I used to work for an insurance company. I think that was part of a Pensylvania Endorsement.
Is it racist to assume that Daphne prefers dogs to cats?
Yes. But you’re probably right.
i´m actually happy with the new+improoved site since i sometimes had trouble accessing it…as for the looks, who cares as long as the comic still looks the same…..i once followed a webcomic that switched artists. now *that* was a nightmare!! especially since the style was WAY different (and the quality way lower) i continued reading because the author was still awesome, but it wasn´t the same anymore…..
*ahem* as for the plot, i wonder who is behind those robots – an evil ki perhaps?
Glad the new site works for you. The old site was … old. It was designed a long time ago and gave many people a hard time. This hopefully fixes that.
As for the robots, I will give a small spoiler in telling you that the robots are controlled by the robots. They are autonomous and not drones. And they are the new face of evil.
honestly this is one of the less distracting site changes I’ve seen. Everything’s basically still in the same spot and none of the buttons and menus I use have moved in a way that’s annoying.
That was the goal. Glad to hear!
What about the kitten crusher? Surely THAT’S still workig right?!
The puppy grinder also served as the kitten crusher. I think.
Panel 2: A devilish expression that reads: “Sure, the sexy white dress is probably a loss, but the ‘Valkyrie splattered with the blood of my enemies’ look is HOT AF! Really going to enjoy tearing that off her later…”
You, sir, are not wrong.
Y’know…when I think of something, I just have to post it, so…are we entirely sure there aren’t any robots among their friends? Long-term infiltration…maybe grabbing the original and putting in a robot duplicate…could be either.
We won’t go down that road. The whole ‘secret Skrull’ concept is one I’d like to avoid. Though I guess it’d be more Battlestar Galactica reboot. I dunno.
If a robot duplicate doesn’t know it’s a duplicate, should it matter to anyone else?
Besides, who’s to say the robot isn’t the original? Papa Shnorf, for example.
You don’t have to worry about the wild fires up there, do you?
Not the fire part. But the smoke part? Heck yeah, the smoke has hit us hard. The fires in Ontario are all far up north in the Canadian shield, where it’s basically all forest. The ground up there has little water retention, though, and it’s prone to burning. Down in my area, things are wet and the soil is pretty good. It’s more likely to be humid, sticky and wet down here. Forest fires are a rarity. But the smoke from the northern fires blanketed us the past few days, and I really started going stir-crazy.
