The Mamagrow saga ends with a whimper. Not the strongest joke, but it gets the job done. I just realized that the doctor bears a strong resemblance to Eugene Levy (who, in an interesting side note, was also a graduate of McMaster University).
Editor's note: I've heard on good authority that the 'medical concerns' surrounding breast implants were totally unfounded garbage. Just saying.

You did. And you’ve caught the one spelling error in the comic. I could go in and edit it, but somehow it just doesn’t seem sporting to edit an error that has persisted for almost fifteen years.
I hate to be “that guy” but theres more than one error in your comics text.
That said it does not detract from the humour and enjoyment in any way.

I’ve not researched it, but saline certainly SOUNDS smarter. It’s basically salt & water. If you sprung some sort of leak, your body should be able to safely absorb that, I should think (perhaps not all at once).
“Medically Approved Side-Effects” tend to be the ones that giant pharmacological companies have a non-curing “treatment” prepared for, which they can sell to you for however long you remain alive.
