Hipster Dan makes a triumphant return. He was last seen in #397. Not sure why he's returned now. It was just his time.

What is the book Phoebe is holding? I see DAN on the cover, wondering if that is part of the author or the title?
My guess is something by Dante. I think one of the other books seems to be “Paradise Lost”
Indeed. The books (some only recognizable from the text, which is probably not legible in the image) are Paradiso, Inferno, Faust and Paradise Lost. There’s a theme.

I should have figured that a lot of those books were Phoebe’s.
I’m sure a lot are also Colin’s.
Phoebe is not much of a reader, really. Nor is Colin. The only character we’ve seen with her nose in a book is Puck.

But O.K. I honestly don’t remember any of them reading much, but this comic is more about wiz-bang action than sedate scenes, so I suppose she does her reading in between adventures.
This comic is about wiz-bang action? Really? Feels like this comic is mostly about characters standing around and saying snarky things in panel four.

Well, I guess some things happen every now and then. Makes me feel a little less boring.
Hipster Dan knows nothing. The book Phoebe is holding says ‘Dante’ on the spine, but it’s probably Paradiso. It’s not Inferno, because the text of Inferno (in the original medieval Italian!) is visible on the book in her lap.

I wouldn’t call her either because no self-respecting judge on a real courtroom would last long wih the way she acts. She’s a reality actress, not a judge.
