But Liz Truss came after the Iron Lady proved the (arguably destructive) staying power that a female leader in the U.K. could possess. Canada had one, Kim Campbell, appointed and not elected. And promptly voted out by one of the most devastating election losses in Canadian (and world!) history.
The U.K. has previously proven that it is not sexist in its choice of leader. Canada not so much,

I had a quick look at her Wikipedia page. I think she was set up to fail, but not as blaitently as Truss was.

Well, you are correct. None of the characters in the comic are truly evil. Self-serving? Perhaps. Negligent? Yes. But evil? Not really.

Hannah is more amoral than wicked. A bit of a hedonist, perhaps, but she doesn’t enjoy the suffering of others like Daphne does.

No. No tail, though there MIGHT be a panel or two that she had a small tail. Hard to say. I was very slapdash with those early comics. I remember restarting the comic after my decade-long hiatus and I was convinced Daphne had a small bear-like tail, but when I checked a few comics, there was no tail. So I shrugged, and went with no tail.
Maybe they docked it.
I think Tyler realized what he said after he said it and was trying to make amends before it was too late.

I should have seen this coming. Daphne has proven money making or rather money bilking ability,Tyler’s faith in his girlfriend’s talent is touching.
