Puck 78

Chapter: The Old OnesCharacters: Daphne Puck Tyler (aka Taylor)Tags: credit card existential crisis tilt-a-hurl
We march ever closer to the last original strip. Puck continues her funk. Wearing only her undies. Nothing says “funk” like various states of slovenly undress. And drool. Like I’ve said before, this comic series should have won an award for most nudity. Anyway, the really literary types might catch the sly homage to Herbert’s poem “The Collar” in Puck’s line “All wasted”. Or maybe not. On a side note, I’ve always hated those Tilt-A-Whirl type rides at amusement parks. The teacup ride is another variant on that. I just don’t get it. Why would I want to go on a big circle that spins, and sit in a smaller car that spins on top of the already spinning circle? To me, this is a recipe for vomit. I love roller coasters, but those spinning things are designed by the devil himself. And yet people still ride them…
