….and that confirms my earlier hunch – tracee is still making lots of money via howlers. the big question is, why isn´t she sharing it with her hubby – possibly to try and force him to get his ass off the couch, regain his wealth+status to become her sugar daddy again? or simply being smart/selfish enough to kep her rainy day money to herself?
either way she should see daphs plans as a worthy investion towards becoming a spoiled sugar baby again, and possibly more – just look at the benefits phoebe´s mom got out of her brief marriage to satan 😉

Is like to guess that Tracee invested all of us like to think that Tracee invested her money in the stock market on potash, pork bellies and pumpkin futures, along with long term CDs. As well a owning a few businesses that suck money. Hair salons, barber shops, lawn maintenance and snow removal
I invested in long term CDs. Bought some Sabbath, a few Led Zeppelin discs. ‘Monster’ by REM. None of them are worth JACK now!

I read something awhile ago where the founders of Costco said that even if they lost $1.51 on every hot dog, the price would never change. It makes more money for them when they’re cheaper, because the way the stores are set up here, to get at the food you have to go by the main sale items and the snack aisle first. Doesn’t matter, an all beef ‘kosher but not labelled kosher’ 1/4 lb hot dog with sauerkraut and onions plus you get to decide how much mustard and relish you want ? yum !!
The term in the retail business is “loss leader”. It usually refers to items on sale that are guaranteed to generate additional sales. Like turkey sales where the store knows you’ll also buy potatoes, vegetables, wine, etc. It also refers to those food kiosks in stores that really make no profit, but they draw in customers who are looking for a quick bite and then decide to grab a few things while they’re there.

Costco’s are’nt setup like that. The foodcourt/hot dog areas are beyond the cash registers and there are no sales displays around them. They may be loss-lead items, but it’s more to reward members for buying from Costco. I’ve been a member since 2006 and it’s like no other retail experience.
I like Costco. I think their model is unique. But I am not a member, mainly due to the fact that I do not own a deep freezer and my wife dislikes the ‘buy in bulk, toss the extra in storage’ model of existence. A former co-worker of mine swore by the gas station, saying he only filled up there and that the savings paid for the membership and then some.
It’s a lifestyle. Not a cult, but definitely a way of existence. And I’ve never really bought in.
I like her, I like her a lot.

I will admit that I had to look Cricket O’Dell up. Archie comics got weird sometimes, man.
Funny thing, there is a British Archie Andrews, also a trouble-maker. He was, is, a ventriloquist’s dummy, clad in long pants, a trenchcoat, a beret. I even have an Archie Andrews UK annual! I long for the day when Archie Andrews meets Archie Andrews. My idea for the start= The gang walks into the Lodge home, Betty notices Mr. Lodge is very happy. “You’re looking chipper, Mr, Lodge!” “Yes” he says. “I’ve just bought Archie Andrews!” Cut to Archie, looking stunned= “You’ve just bought–Me?” Mr. Lodge laughs, shows the gang the Archie Andrews ventriloquist dummy. That gives Reggie an idea, or perhaps Jingles the Christmas elf that visits the gang decides to Frosty Archie Andrews for the laughs. After that, hiliarity ensues!
The British Archie Andrews sounds almost as painfully British as the American Archie is painfully American.
There is a British “Dennis the Menace” too.
Absolutely NOTHING like the North American one.
I’ve heard of British Dennis the Menace. Seen some pics. Apparently developed completely independently of each other. Around the same time. Bizarre but believable.
One more comment- The Shadow knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men . . . while Hannah knows what lucre is in the designer purses!

She isn’t handicapped, I use the term differently abled. Mostly because I define myself in the same term when people term me as “disabled”.

It does make sense she’d been stashing a “piggy-bank” of exit cash from her man, gals like her always have an exit plan just in case. I’m surprised those back-stabbing minions didn’t find it is all.
Of COURSE Daphne has “hairy” legs, her whole body has short fur, she is a dog girl, I feel for the cost she has to doll out for the amount of hair conditioner she has to use. But it would make her body fur feel soft and bathing often would help any shedding she might do.
This is all highly observant.
