As for this comic…
Some will say this goes too far. Others will say it doesn’t go far enough. Let’s split the difference and say this goes the right distance.
Just thought I’d note that Puck has now been running for 15 straight years as a webcomic. Yes, the comic started earlier than that, back in the 90s as a student newspaper comic, but it was during April of 2011 when I restarted it as a weekly webcomic.
That’s over 780 weeks of updates. I only missed one update, very early on. But I have never taken a hiatus, never stopped to smell the roses. I average about 12-20 hours a week on the comic, meaning that’s around twelve and a half thousand man hours spent making this thing. Was it time well spent? I dunno. But I’m happy that some people enjoy it, and I’ve been very thankful for all the connections I’ve made with readers over the years.
Perhaps the real Puck is the friends we made along way.
