Knowing the IRL area they live in, and the probable age of the house, I predict that it has but ONE bathroom.
With Satan’s…epicurean…experimentation, I can see that ONE bathroom getting used a LOT – in a way that would require the other inhabitants to seek fresh air – even if they DO live near the industrial heartland of the city…
It’s nice to see the young ladies bond, although unfortunate that Phoebe is left out. Maybe she’ll get some valuable alone time with her dad? although the concept may be too alien to them both.
I don’t think Phoebe and her dad share enough in common to effectively bond. They can co-exist in the same room, though.
Even though I am enjoying this current narrative line in Puck, I hope Phoebe is not too long in this state of …. not sure what you’d call it. Betrayal is part of it, I think.
My heart goes out to her though.
But I am worried, actually. We’ve seen her aghast and disappointed in Daphne, but I don’t think anyone has ever toyed with her boiling point before….
