This year patrons weren't limited to just nouns. They chose words of all types, and I assembled them into 'mad libs' type sentences to provide demented inspiration for ridiculous pics. So… VOTE FOR WORDS, WORDS, WORDS!!!

mine waited until the kids on the bus figured out he was wearing diapers (small adult sized…). then it was 2 weeks start to finish.

Nanbozho, Ojibwe trickster god . . . this does explain how Colin thrives within his environment . . . also, Miranda, future Empress of Earth, it’s a wise child that knows her parents, and for a toddler, she’s quite perceptive!

I was sure that Nanabush was a reference but I thought…really would he be that obvious? And as for tricksters all you need now are a coyote and a raven.
This makes sense. Puck was, at one point, a trickster in service to a greater pixie (Oberon). So now Puck is servant to an arguably greater trickster, her daughter.

Colin lost his moment to shove it in her face the nanosecond he brought it to Tracee’s attention. The likelihood is there’s a missing panel 5 with Tracee, stern with arms akimbo, glaring at Colin with, ahem, *mud* dripping from his face, his cartoon eyes wide with surprise, and Miranda pointing and laughing at funny daddy.
He would not use it. Just note its existence.
How about just hold it towards her with a “Hold on to this for a moment for me please” fast and low.
I mean . . . he’s not wrong . . . in life as in comedy, timing is everything.

Also, the voting incentive . . NOOOOOOOO! Not . . . parsing a sentence! Fourth grade English class, St. John’s Ravenscourt, ‘this is a verb but because this past participle is modified by this pronoun disguised as an adverb, this verb is a boojum snarkle womprat that is also a pending future reticulate and you haven’t shown that in your sentence diagram . . .’ I hope that teacher’s death was slow, painful, with him conscious allll the way!
Parsing sentences is fun. Fun for all.

Tracee’s handled a load of crap in her day, that was established when she first babysat Miranda. Colin really needs to up his situational awareness….but it’ll never happen.
